Zomnir Family Medicine is a membership practice offering excellent medical care with service and compassion.
In-person and virtual office visits are included with your membership at no extra charge.
Labs are drawn in the office for your convenience.
Monthly rates are $300 a month for adults and $150 a month for children ages 5-17.
We do not accept insurance and we do not bill insurance for any of our services.
