Hello! I am a board certified Family Physician caring for patients of all ages. I graduated from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) with a degree in Genetics. I attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for Medical School. I then went on to complete my Family Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Health Center in Tyler, TX. I have been in practice since 2006.
I believe in a peaceful life. Too often today, we are overstressed and rushed from one task to the next. This even happens at most medical offices. I believe your time with your doctor is precious and sacred. You should not be rushed through something as important as your health and well-being.
My husband, Kolin, and I have two wonderful boys, Oliver, and Logan. We enjoy playing outside and building things.
Welcome to Zomnir Family Medicine!

Hi! I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience as a nurse practitioner. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then went on to earning my bachelor and master in nursing degrees with honors from Columbia University. I’ve worked as a nurse practitioner at Mt. Sinai Roosevelt Hospital in NYC and NYU Langone.
I live in Allen, TX with my husband, Matthew, and two young daughters. We love exploring all the family-friendly activities that Dallas has to offer. I also enjoy running and reading.
Optimal health is important to me, and I am excited and honored to be able to help you in better understanding how to achieve better health in all ways.
